If the customer doesn’t want to pay the shipping charges they can pay by Cash. Card is not accepted.

      3. If customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly by manufacturer VIPRAS online store not responsible for such reason.
      4. In case customers material is miss-placed by courier company and customer didn’t receive within 30 days, VIPRAS online store will process for Refund.
      5. In case of Digital key (Activation key Via mail) once it will delivered to you then it can not be refunded or return.
      6. Digital key delivered with in 24 hours and maximum it will be delivered with in 0-10 days.cancellation with in 10 days leads to 20% Deduction on the total amount.
